Reed Exhibitions is the world’s leading organiser of trade fairs and exhibitions, attracting over 6 million attendees at 470 events each year. Reed Exhibitions needed a powerful online platform for managing trade fair delegates and all other event logistics.
Our solution
Reed Exhibitions now has a versatile trade fair management platform that deals with:
- online registration of delegates, exhibitors and sponsors
- monitoring of entry, exit and visits to exhibitor stands using barcode IDs
- data on attendees can be securely accessed online and exported to Excel and XML using Infragistics
Developed in .NET, data generated by different events are integrated and automatically synchronised to a single global data repository.
